Nani, a nice guy makes fireworks and he is in love with Bindu (Samantha) for 2 years. Even Bindu is also loving him and she is reluctant to express it and playing with him. Bindu is running a charity group and she is a micro artist too. Sudeep is a multi-millionaire and he killed his wife just for money. Sudeep is also a womanizer.

While Bindu is contacting many rich people for her charity, she approaches Sudeep. But when Sudeep sees Bindu, he lusts for her. He donates 15 Lakhs and asked her to come out for lunch together. Then Nani comes out and walk with Bindu but Sudeep was following them unknowingly. After a while, Bindu is getting ready to confess her love with Nani. But at the same time, Sudeep kidnaps Nani and tells him that he is also in love with Bindu. Nani replied that if Sudeeps goes anywhere near Bindu, he will kill him. This makes Sudeep to get angry more and he kills Nani. Nani dies after seeing the text message from Bindu saying she is also in love with Nani. But then Nani is reborn as a fly.

After getting used to his new life as fly, Nani remembers his past life after seeing Sudeep. Now Nani wants to kill Sudeep. He starts bugging Sudeep continuously. While Bindu is grieving Nani's death, Sudeep wants to get relationship with Bindu. Nani, the fly, uses Bindu's tears on her desk to write out the words "I am Nani".
