It is the story filled with comedy and romance. Ajay (Shiva) is taking a new Job in chennai after his graduating in his home town Theni. Anjalai (Priya Anand) is a photographer in London. She is much interested in capturing south indian culture and hence landing in chennai.

A real estate house rental agent Narayan (Santhanam) is having the habit of renting out the unoccupied houses to the people with out the knowledge of the actual house owners. Both Ajay and Anjali gets cheated by Narayan and ending up in getting the same house. Since they both could not rent a new house, they decided to live together. Their initial fights ending up in creating love affairs between the two.

Even though the story line is not great, the movie is very good to watch because of comedy and romance. It is a good entertaining film. Music and songs are a great plus point for this movie. Young music director Anirudh gets Kudos for the successful songs and background music.
