The only good news you can have is Mars is getting exalted on your 2nd house and Venus will enter onto your 1st house. Last month would have been one of the worst month for you in your life. You will not have any new problems is the only good news you can expect, but existing problems will continue very well without any solution.
Health
Your health will continue to suffer a lot. There will not be any words to explain the emotional pain you are going through this month. Unfortunately I do not see your situation improving even in this month also. You will recover your physical health since Mars moved away from your Janma Sthanam.
